The Experience…

A three day, two night retreat has been designed with the mission to equip every person in the beauty industry with the tools to produce a successful and sustaining career as an educator, platform artist, and entrepreneur. This retreat will guide stylist who have the passion to educate and platform to a successful career from behind the chair through education. As always business is a must, so the business of education will also be taught. The BOSS Experience Retreat (Educators edition) is a hands-on retreat to include presentation day and is composed of four major components:

1. The Effective Educator- Educator Posture, Understanding your why, Talking the talk (speech), building a curriculum and lesson plan, understanding learning types, class room control, short and long term bio creation, marketing and branding, applying for shows and classes, hosting your own show, becoming an independent educator, educating for a major product line, marketing classes, and so much more.

2. The digital education space- Creating digital classes and classrooms, Coaching, expanding your reach, create live digital classes, turning your expertise into a class, using the information highway to allow your information to travel, and so much more.

3. The Business, The Money, The Strategy- Knowing what to charge, keeping up with expenses, handling your business, the Business of educating, understanding the numbers, knowing your worth, building a brand that builds wealth and so much more.

4. Platform Artistry- Working for a product company, stage presence, positioning, terminology, appearance, stage presence, understanding your skill set, and so much more.
