In our salon, we base everything we do with one word, success! Success is derived from teamwork and comes through changing your mindset. As techniques change, as products improve, as new services are introduced, we will be prepared through education and team work to satisfy the new demands of our clients, thus ensuring our successes as a salon as a whole. We have further broken down our philosophy into three main components: Vision, Mission, and Core Values.
The VISION-of Bush Salon is to become an industry standard while impacting others through our service and skill allowing people we encounter to Blush beyond their limits.
Our MISSION-is to be a service unto others while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and education. We promise to always strive towards greatness and success so that we can continue to provide the service that those around us deserve. With these attributes we will ensure the ability to provide a great service to our clients and set the standards for other professionals to follow. It is the responsibility of the salon to stimulate the growth of its employees through one-to-one performance reviews and group discussions at staff meetings.

Discounts on tools and products- As a member it is imperative that you are versed on all the tools and products of Blush Beyond. You will receive discounts, some will be given, to add them to your collection so that you know how it works and operates so you may then move on to teach and sale.

-Sign a Non-Compete Agreement (6
months)
-Complete BS Training
-Uphold professional standards and ethics
-Require to take 2 additional CEU outside BB
-Maintain all licenses with no violations
-PMA (Positive Mental Attitude)
